LEADERSHIP IS A SACRED TRUST

Leadership is a sacred trust, a responsibility that goes beyond authority and influence—it’s a divine appointment. As John 19:11 reminds us, "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above," all power and authority granted to us come from God. This understanding should humble us and inspire us to lead with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of accountability. We are stewards of the positions we hold, called to lead in a way that honors God, serves others, and reflects the character of Christ. Recognizing that our leadership is entrusted to us by God compels us to use it wisely, knowing that we will one day give an account for how we have managed this sacred trust.
