Founded under the visionary leadership of Bank Akinmola, T3 Workplace Ministry exists to help equip believers to walk out their faith confidently in business, education, medicine, government, the arts, and beyond.
Through workshops, leadership training, and global outreach, T3 has equipped believers around the world to lead with humility, grace, and integrity. Today, the ministry continues to expand internationally, providing discipleship training and mentorship resources to help believers turn influence into impact.
With over three decades of ministry, Bank has dedicated his life to training and mentoring Christian leaders, empowering them to bridge the gap between spiritual growth and practical influence in their communities and workplaces.
Our Founder
Meet Bank Akinmola
For more than thirty years, Bank Akinmola has faithfully served the body of Christ as a pastor, teacher, and mentor to leaders around the world.
His ministry has taken him to more than 40 nations, where he has taught, planted churches, launched Bible schools, and personally trained over 150 missionaries who now lead their own ministries globally.
As a seasoned pastor and leadership strategist, Pastor Bank combines deep biblical insight with practical experience to empower believers to live out their faith with purpose.
His teachings, such as The Prodigal God, Every Believer Is a Minister, Workplace Ministry, and Shift Work, have inspired countless Christians to see their daily work as ministry.
Together with his wife, Sharon Akinmola, he serves as the Apostolic Founding Pastor of Global Outreach Church (GO Church) in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Married for over 45 years, they have three children and several grandchildren, continuing to serve together in both ministry and mentorship.
