1. What is a T3 Training Partner?
A T3 Training Partner is a believer who multiplies what they’ve learned. You don’t need a title or pulpit, just a heart to help others live out their faith in everyday life.
2. What kind of training will I receive?
You’ll receive the 12-lesson Workplace Ministry Curriculum, blending biblical principles with practical leadership skills. You’ll also have mentorship from the T3 team to help you launch and grow your group.
3. How long does the program take?
It’s completely flexible. You can complete the lessons over 4 weekends or space them out across 12 months, whatever fits your pace and schedule.
4. What support will I have?
You’ll be connected to a global community of Training Partners who share encouragement, resources, and accountability. Our mentors will walk alongside you every step of the way.
5. Do I need ministry credentials or experience?
Not at all. The T3 model is designed for everyday believers, whether you’re leading for the first time or deepening an existing ministry.
6. What is the investment?
Becoming a Training Partner requires a one-time investment of $799 (lifetime access). This covers your curriculum materials, ongoing updates, mentorship, and teaching resources, and it also helps make T3 training possible in regions where leaders can’t afford it. Your investment equips you and empowers others around the world to share the gospel where it’s needed most.
7. Can I lead outside the U.S.?
Yes! T3 has partners in nations like Ghana, Sierra Leone, and beyond. Digital access makes it simple to train and equip leaders wherever you’re planted.
You’ll receive a Certificate of Commissioning and ongoing access to mentor others using T3 resources. Completion isn’t the end, it’s the start of multiplying impact.
