Empowering Marketplace Ministers
Only 3% of believers are called to “Vocational Ministry,” while 97% of Christians who are called to ministry go about their day-to-day lives at work, at home, and school. It is our goal to build and train up a group of Christians that will accept their assignment and operate as Marketplace Ministers.

The Problem
The Church Must Embrace New Paradigms
The church was designed to be a hub of spiritual growth, where God's people are equipped and empowered to carry out their ministries in both the marketplace and everyday life (Ephesians 4:11-12).
However, the current model has shifted, placing the burden of ministry on a single individual—the Pastor—alongside a small team of "spiritual specialists." This setup expects them to fulfill all roles, from teaching and counseling to evangelism, while the congregation merely supports through time, talent, and resources.
This approach is outdated and ineffective. To remain relevant and impactful, the church must embrace a broader, more inclusive vision of ministry. We must evolve or risk losing our light and purpose in the world.
The Solution
The Church Must Embrace New Paradigms
The church should function more like an aircraft carrier than a luxury liner. Rather than a place for relaxation and entertainment, it should be an equipping center that prepares and commissions believers for spiritual warfare and new territories. The five-fold ministry serves as educators, imparting the necessary spiritual knowledge so that every believer becomes part of the great army of the Ministry of the Saints.
